Annual Checkups & Inspections
We provide one of the most thorough checkups in the industry. Our service technicians can test flow, water level, pump motor performance, pressure tank and switch contact performance and general water quality. Each inspection comes with a basic report of the health and operation of your well, as well as any recommendations for action. The inspection process usually takes around two hours and you are under no obligation to purchase other services when the inspection is complete.

We offer well certificates for buying or selling your home.
What To Expect
A technician will come to you and inspect the well equipment on site to determine whether or not it meets minimum factory requirements. If we see anything that does not meet these minimum requirements, we will then provide a quote for any necessary repairs; making it easy for both parties!
We will supply passing certificates if the repairs are performed by us. Any repairs performed by others will require a re-inspection fee.

Water Meters
A water meter is a device that measures the volume of water delivered to a property. Some water meters measure water in gallons while others measure in cubic feet. The water meter box will have a metal or plastic lid and may be marked, "Water Meter."
